Meetings are held a minimum of three times annually and locations alternate between the members to either host at their current facility or choose another appropriate location. Each meetings agenda is determined and e-mailed to all other members at least two weeks before the meeting.

 

Special general meetings, meetings with guest speakers and other distinct meetings are also held throughout each year.
